However, his unwillingness to play ball with helping to market the team gets him kicked off. The show follows his demise and then hopeful return to the top as he builds a character from scratch while working as a night-shift manager in an internet cafe.

The King’s Avatar has been a hit with critics and fans alike, opening to great reviews from both. That’s why the second season of Quan Zhi Gao Shou is currently in such high demand. After the first installment concluded in 2017, a three-episode sequel was released by Tencent a year later.
Along with these three episodes, the studio also confirmed that we would be seeing The King’s Avatar Season 2 on our screens in no time. That was back in 2018, and we haven’t heard any word since then on the anime series, and it’s still in production. However, they have released a live-action TV series based around the same concept.

Will Quanzhi Gaoshao Season 2 Ever Come Out?
With the show already being confirmed by Tencent and its cult following multiplying, the anime series’s return is looking very likely. It was speculated last year by inside sources that the show would be released in July 2019. However, nothing came to fruition, and we are still waiting.

However, the sheer popularity of the show makes me remain hopeful. Also, the companies involved have not confirmed that it is canceled either. Anime shows are renowned for being delayed and, Trinity Seven Season 2 is just one example from a laundry list of postponed shows.

What Will Happen in The King’s Avatar Season 2?
The first season follows the demise of world-class Glory player Ye Xiu and his move from esports sensation to internet cafe worker. The Donghua series has taken inspiration from anime shows like Log Horizon and Sword Art Online with its MMORPG setting.
The 12 episodes of the first installment concluded with a giant cliffhanger that left fans eager for more. The three special episodes in 2018 continued the story and gave fans a small dose of The King’s Avatar. The episodes tackled the All-Stars event and gave us insight into the life of a pro player. The King’s Avatar Season 2: Release Date
With Quanzhi Gao Shou Season 2 being delayed for so long, some fans did lose hope of seeing a second season at all. However, the production company is planning to release the series in 2020, which is a major positive for fans.
Unfortunately, it seems that the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has ground the entertainment industry to a halt. Big blockbuster movies have been delayed along with our favorite shows, so it seems that Quanzhi Gaoshao Season 2 may be affected by the outbreak.
